Ujima‘s Impact
- The Sunflower Institute: Since 2021, we have worked with 22 local teens and 21 graduated from the program. In 2023, 100% of the graduates felt more optimistic about their future after completing the program. Over 80% felt better about their mental health and support systems.
- Over 1,000 young people engaged in outdoor education experiences since 2020.
- Since 2020 we have cleaned up over 15,000 lbs of trash in North St. Louis City.
